ISMAGS.subgraph_is_isomorphic

ISMAGS.subgraph_is_isomorphic(symmetry=False)

Returns True if the class input graphs are subgraph isomorphic, False otherwise.

Subgraph isomorphic means there is a mapping of nodes from an induced subgraph of graph to subgraph that maintains connectivity and node/edge matching.

Note: symmetry is only used for testing. We only find 1 isomorphism so there is no gain from looking for symmetries.
